Still looking for a place to stay for Summit? Here are some options for you.

HOTEL

• Just use that link above to gain access to our specially negotiated group rates. These rates are special group rates that are not available to the general public.
• You would use the link to arrange your hotel rooms.

ON SITE DORMS – at Bible Baptist College

• Each group makes their own arrangements
• There is a liability form required
• Cost is $15/person – per night
• YOU must bring your own bedding (think like attending camp – it’s a bunk bed/2 bunks (4 beds/room) – sleeping bags??
• YOU must provide your own AND toiletries (there should be hand soap and TP provided) – PLAN AHEAD!!
• There are communal bathroom/showers at each end of the floor
• 3 Floors with 12 rooms to a floor
• First come/first serve – there are 12 rooms to a floor
• Upon check-in at the dorms, you will receive your room access code and a fob that gives you 24 hour access to the building throughout your stay
• BBC plans to assign rooms to boys/girls on separate floors
• Yes, if you are coming in a night or two early, they can accommodate each group’s dates
• Payment can be made to BBC via Cash/Check/Credit Card

Understand that you need to complete the liability release from from Bible Baptist and all arrangements/payments are made through Tina Ebert – we are simply passing the information along for your choice of options.

The holidays are over and Summit is just around the corner. Several items have been updated on the Summit website.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – Volunteers are what makes Summit happen. The event could not be held without the many who serve during the event. Sign up now to volunteer and serve the youth attending.

On-Site Fine Arts
The fine arts rule book has been updated to reflect Fine Arts happening on-site. Check the times and be sure to arrive early if you are planning to participate in Fine Arts. Click here for information on Fine Arts.

The schedule posted on the website will be updated once we have finalize the various activities for the event.

Exciting things are coming for Summit 2022.

We are eager to meet in person once again. We have missed having that time of fellowship and encouragement that comes from being together.

There is something else that we have missed as well, and maybe you have too. Something that has been missing from Summit for several years is about to return. To facilitate this, the schedule for Summit will need to be slightly modified and because of that, we wanted to give you as much notice as possible.

Fine Arts

If it is not already in your planning, then we encourage you to plan to be at Summit Thursday morning, especially if you have students participating in the Fine Arts.

We are working on plans to hold Fine Arts on-site, in-person!!

Details will be made available as they are finalized. The Fine Arts rule book is being updated to reflect the on-site competition. We will post when it has been updated and posted.

Volunteer at Summit

We cannot hold Summit without the many people who volunteer to serve in various ways before and during the event. The registration to volunteer for Summit 2022 is now online.
