Welcome to 2023!

As we begin 2023, we realize that for many we are about half-way through the Awana year. For some, their last year in Awana as a student. We also realize that Summit is just around the corner and will be here before we know it. Deadlines will quickly come upon us and before we know it, the Summit Social Media SUV will be en-route to Idaho.

You may be seeking how you can serve God and help high school students grow in their walk with God, establishing bonds that will keep them strong in the faith as they launch out on their own in college, careers, or wherever God may be leading them. Giving them the strength, and power, to be witnesses for Him. One way to serve these high school students is to volunteer for Summit. Volunteers are key to the success of Summit and it is an unforgettable experience.

As you seek where God would have you serve in 2023, see if Summit 2023 is where He is leading you.

Summit 2023 will be here quickly and we are working hard to keep you informed.

A key date to keep in mind for those who are earning their Citation Award is that Awana requires a minimum of 6 weeks to get the Citation Plaques engraved and complete. That means that you MUST order your Citation Award before February 3, 2023. If you order after February 3rd, then there is no guarantee that the Citation Award will be received in time to have it presented to you at Summit.

Are you interested in volunteering for Summit 2023? Great! The volunteer registration form is on the Summit website so go ahead and sign up to serve at Summit 2023. The event cannot take place without volunteers to serve in the many roles.
