Summit Week is Here!

This is the week we have been waiting for all year long. Summit week!

The Summit Social Media SUV has already begun the journey to Summit and as this post is written, the Summit Social Media SUV is in Hoffman Estates/Schaumburg, IL, not far from Streamwood and Chicago, In the first leg of the journey, the Summit Social Media SUV traveled in four states, through multiple snow showers and plummeting temperatures.

Follow the Summit Social Media SUV on the Summit Facebook Page, Summit Facebook Group, and Instagram and watch for some trivia questions (one was recently posted) where you can have a chance to win a Potato guy! (You know, because Idaho is known for potatoes). We have some stops planned for the rest of the journey and we hope you will follow us and enjoy the journey with us.

As you begin your journey to Summit, be sure to post pictures of your journey using the hashtag #summitj23 and tagging Summit.

We also want to ask you to consider why you attend Summit, what Summit means to you, and why others should attend. We are hopeful to develop a promo video to show other Journey and Trek clubs to build more interest in the event. Consequently, you may see more recording of the events to help us compile the promo video.

The Summit Social Media SUV is scheduled to arrive in Idaho Falls on Tuesday. If you are not able to attend, them please check our Facebook page and YouTube Channel as we are going to try to live stream some of the activities. We ask for you patience as we work through the tech side of things to go live.
