Recently the Summit server underwent maintenance which impacted the summit e-mail. If you have sent an e-mail to a venue leader using their summit-journey e-mail address recently, then they may not have received it, or it is not accessible. We are able to send e-mail from the summit-journey e-mail accounts.

If you sent an e-mail recently and have not received a response, then they are not ignoring you, they may not have received it.

Here are our recommended suggestions:

• Resend the e-mail requesting a read receipt, we can confirm that some e-mails are being received.
• If you know the venue leaders personal e-mail address, then you can send an e-mail to their summit-journey e-mail address cc’ing their personal address clearly indicating Summit 2020 in the subject line of the e-mail.
• If you are not sure, then you can send an e-mail to summit@commanderbill.net and we will forward it to the appropriate venue leader.

Summit is quickly approaching! Here is a quick reminder that the submissions for Fine Arts must be received by next Friday, February 21, 2020.

Summit Website

We have made some corrections to the website to correct discrepancies in some of the dates and information. At this point, we believe that there are a few forms that need to be updated for 2020.

Summit Volunteers

Summit is possible because of the many people who give their time to serve during the event. There are several opportunities to serve in various capacities. Click here for information about volunteering at Summit and to register to volunteer.

Early Bird Registration

Early Bird registration closes in less than a week. Early Bird registration closes February 10th.
