Recently the Summit server underwent maintenance which impacted the summit e-mail. If you have sent an e-mail to a venue leader using their summit-journey e-mail address recently, then they may not have received it, or it is not accessible. We are able to send e-mail from the summit-journey e-mail accounts.
If you sent an e-mail recently and have not received a response, then they are not ignoring you, they may not have received it.
Here are our recommended suggestions:
- Resend the e-mail requesting a read receipt, we can confirm that some e-mails are being received.
- If you know the venue leaders personal e-mail address, then you can send an e-mail to their summit-journey e-mail address cc’ing their personal address clearly indicating Summit 2020 in the subject line of the e-mail.
- If you are not sure, then you can send an e-mail to summit@commanderbill.net and we will forward it to the appropriate venue leader.
